The hotel staff is very helpful. Great location for my meeting venue. Nice restaurant within walking distance. Exceptional hotel in all respects. Amazing property with a fancy vibe. Clean rooms and well organized. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient English-speaking manager.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place in a developing area of Hanoi was perfect - within walking distance to many sites. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area. The staff here was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests. The airport shuttle service they provided made my arrival and departure seamless. Plus, the restaurant on-site offered a delicious breakfast to start my day off right. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort provided at this hotel.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi. The location, excellent service, and amenities provided make it the perfect choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel had great amenities, including a gym and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.
The walls in the rooms were too thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The cleaning staff also lacked attention to detail, leaving behind some dust and dirt in the corners.

the room was small but beautifully furnished with wooden furniture and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and dry-cleaning my suit. the basic breakfast buffet was enjoyable with strong wifi in the room. Across the main road, there were shops and restaurants to explore.
The hotel's location was far from tourist attractions, which would be difficult for those who want to see more of the city.

We had a great experience staying here. The hotel was located centrally in this city in a developing area, surrounded by a nice neighborhood. We found it very easy to locate and convenient with transportation available. The hotel facilities were clean and well-organized. The staff were super friendly and helpful, including the manager who spoke English very well and helped us with transportation from the airport and to other places. The hotel was perfect for our business trip and we highly recommend it.

This hotel was a great location for my needs. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for me easily. the room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel. there was a great restaurant just a short walk away that I really enjoyed.
The walls in the hotel were quite thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep if there were loud guests in the rooms next to me. the housekeeping staff was quite loud in the mornings, which was disruptive to my sleep.
